Beginning this summer, Clemons Library will turn adversity to advantage by transforming a roof that leaks into one that will not only keep out water, but will bring in the sun to power the building. The new roof will include solar panels—a “photovoltaic array to offset some of the electricity consumed by the building’s daily operations.”
